HOSTEL RULES
GENERAL CONDUCT
- Respect the environment and fellow guests.
- Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 9 PM – 7 AM).
- Dispose of waste properly in designated areas.
Recycling bins are available—please use them for paper, plastics, and cans. - Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
Do not leave your children unattended
BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS
- Reservations are required for all hostel bookings.
- Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Deposits are non refundable
- A valid ID is required upon check-in.
- We have basic facilities available to guests. We have a kettle, microwave, single induction hob and fridge available. It is not possible to cook a three course meal!
- Gas-powered stoves, open flames and BBQs are permitted but only outside designated areas, NOT inside the building!
SAFETY & EMERGENCY PROCEDURES
- In case of emergency, dial 999. If it’s not an emergency please call the office for any other help and or advice 01432 264 807
- The buildings are well signposted but please do know the location of first aid kits and emergency exits.
LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY
- The hostel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children and pets.
ALCOHOL & DRUGS
- Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Drunken or disruptive behaviour will result in expulsion.
- Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
- Check-in time: Between 2pm – 8pm.
- Check-out time: By 11 AM.
