GENERAL CONDUCT
<\/strong><\/p>

  • Respect the environment and fellow guests.<\/li>
  • Keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during quiet hours (e.g., 9 PM – 7 AM).<\/li>
  • Dispose of waste properly in designated areas.
    Recycling bins are available\u2014please use them for paper, plastics, and cans.<\/li>
  • Pets must be kept on a leash and cleaned up after.
    Do not leave your children unattended<\/li><\/ul>

    BOOKING & CANCELLATIONS<\/strong><\/p>

    • Reservations are required for all hostel bookings.<\/span><\/li>
    • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for a refund. Deposits are non refundable<\/span><\/li>
    • A valid ID is required upon check-in.<\/span><\/li>
    • We have basic facilities available to guests. We have a kettle, microwave, single induction hob and fridge available. It is not possible to cook a three course meal!<\/span><\/li>
    • Gas-powered stoves, open flames and BBQs are permitted but only outside designated areas, NOT inside the building!<\/li><\/ul>

      SAFETY & EMERGENCY PROCEDURES<\/strong><\/p>

      • In case of emergency, dial 999. If it\u2019s not an emergency please call the office for any other help and or advice 01432 264 807<\/span><\/li>
      • The buildings are well signposted but please do know the location of first aid kits and emergency exits.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

        LIABILITY & RESPONSIBILITY<\/strong><\/p>

        • The hostel is not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property.<\/span>Guests are responsible for their own safety and that of their children and pets.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

          ALCOHOL & DRUGS<\/strong><\/p>

          • Alcohol is allowed in moderation. Drunken or disruptive behaviour will result in expulsion.<\/span><\/li>
          • Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.<\/span><\/li><\/ul>

            CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT<\/strong><\/p>

            • Check-in time: Between 2pm – 8pm.<\/span><\/li>
